Global: Tina Baxter from Illinois wins the Michael J. Terrien Service Award

She cares about the youth and they know it.  Tina Baxter has selflessly dedicated her time and effort to the success of many Play for Peace youth leaders.  Along with a wonderful team of volunteers in Central Illinois including Helen Michelassi from the DeWitt County Human Resource Center and Sharon Mills from Illinois State University they have opened 3 new Play for Peace sites in recent months.  During her acceptance of the award, Tina thanked the youth for all of their hard-work.  Read more about this award and why Tina received it on our blog...
