From Practice Peace Sessions to celebrating cinco (5) de mayo and World Peace Day, the Play for Peace in Palencia Guatemala had an eventful 2015. Palencia, a small town on the outskirts of Guatemala City and is found in one of the most dangerous regions in the world. The Play for Peace in Palencia Club gives the children and youth and alternative to gang life and a safe place to meet once per week.
