#ThankyouTuesday: Mandarin Bistro

For those who are joining the Walk for Peace: Go out and do it! Walking is good for your health. And if you can use your walking to help others, do it. It's the best thing to do. That's what life is for. So something for the next generation. Do what you can.

Trinh Dang Man is the owner of Mandarin Bistro, another long-time support of our Walk for Peace! She loves to cook, and she also loves meeting new people. Here she share with us a few insipiring words about her life and work.
I take pride in what I do: I take care of clients and their dinners. I help them have quality food. I do this for the working moms don't have time to cook while raising children. I know the struggle: I raised 2 kids. That is why I donate for World Peace Day: it would be good if we all do good to others. This is a tough business [restaurant, food industry] but I find joy in what I'm doing, and if I can share that with others, all the better. Peace means a lot to me. We should all live in a peaceful world. We all need it. Peace means family, having a peaceful meal, having some quiet. No matter what we do, we should all have a good life. We all got to where we are because people helped us and we are always in a position to help other people, to help others have a good - a BETTER  life. For those who are joining the Walk for Peace: Go out and do it! Walking is good for your health. And if you can use your walking to help others, do it. It's the best thing to do. That's what life is for. So something for the next generation. Do what you can.

If you are ever craving Chinese/Asian food, visit Mandarin Bistro at 156 E. Lake Street, Bloomingdale, IL 60108, (630) 893-8168. Please thank her for her support to Play for Peace, it means so much to us!
